You have to join a team. At the bottom of the Store's screen. You should see a thing that says "Summer Adventure" with a large map under the words.. click on the map.. ect.

When you craft a summer adventure badge there's a chance you'll get a token that lets you steal 500 or 1000 points from the team of your choice.

The bars under each flag are points stolen. People are stealing a lot, almost as much as people are making points.

Also, purple just had a massive amount stole from them in the last hour, as well as a little while ago.

Also there is a change team thing. It could be that everyone is joining the purple team as they are winning making this event pretty pointless now. If that is the case, luckily I'm already on the purple team.

Actually I'm in purple and contributed nothing, selling steam cards seemsmore profitable than crafting badges... Plus the chance of getting anything out of contributing are so low
