I don't think you understand what "calling out" someone means. Unless he's challenging them somehow, it's not calling them out. A simple message of someone that they've had a problem with is not calling them out.
If a staff member moderated you for such as "calling out", you need to report them to their superiors for abuse of staff powers.

So here's my problem with this game:
I won an Insurgency and the creator of the GA (a good guy for sure) sent me a gift link... that didn't works.
I contacted HIB support and I explained the problem but the HIB guy said me this:

Well, before and after that I tried to add the creator of the GA several times to explain what it happened but him never accepted me...
Today I marked it as not received because I don't have the game and the creator of the GA had no interest when he ignored my request to be friends and talk about it.
