My First Low-Cost Fuel-efficient Train (Level 2)

Howdy all,
Welcome to my 1st train (and my 1st thread).
Looking at my SG tools ratio I realized that I was too top-heavy with Group GAs and I needed to return to my roots.
I thought about dumping my excess keys in the public GA area, but 'trains' looked like a fun way to share.
This first train is a low-cost proto-type (made with only the finest in used parts) with a 'easy to enter, easy to pay' theme.
If I didn't mess it up too bad, I'll continue with more of these theme rides.
