Free game from AMD if you have a selected CPU, APU or GPU

i got Sapphire 280x toxic, but appears that Sapphire is not Eligible manufacturer! LMAo, Sapphire is the right hand of AMD and their best manufacturer !

My mate got his card 2 years ago and it works.

I get mine 3 months ago (390) and it doesnt.. go figure.

I think it's a fake, I have a processor: AMD X8 FX 8350 4.0 GHz and it says it did not find that component. :/

What the hell, just like a lot of other people, My AMD FX-8320 can't be recognised.
And I can't send my proof of purchase because the desktop was built from an ebay seller and sent to me. Time to contact support, I guess. :(

I dunno if this was said, not reading every comment to find out. But per the terms and conditions, to be eligible only new purchases of equipment made on or after 2/16/16 are valid for the promotion. I sent in my invoice from my 270x purchase from last year anyways, hoping for the best. Will let you know if I get a key.

I just hope my R9 390 gets to me before the promotion ends ( should be here next week or the start of the next next week Q_Q ). Dirt Rally is calling to me !

I've just sent my proof of purchase, I have an ASUS AMD R9 290, ASUS is one of the approved vendors so I hope they'll sort this out.
For some reason I haven't gotten my AMD Rewards Gold Coupon when I bought my GPU as well, and I know of people who have gotten their coupons after buying the exact same GPU.

Gigabyte R9 390 bought Q4 2015 in Mexico. Yesterday I used the verify tool without issue, Got the email stating my verification was succesful and gave me a link to redeem the free game, following the link lead me to a page to redeem a retail code or hit skip, upon clicking Skip, the page would just reload and was stuck on Step 2, I tried like 5 times without luck. This morning I tried again (using the link from the "Verification success" email and it worked right away. Got DiRT Rally without doubt xD

I'm happy because there was no free game promotion when I bought the card, I even contacted AMD support at that time to know if I would be able to get a code from the campaing that had just ended (I missed it by some days) and they told me (basically) to bugger off.

I tried all night, it kept asking me for a UID. Almost gave up.

Tried again this morning, got the code on the first try. R9 280 purchased more than a year ago.
