Contacted support with proof of purchase and they told me this:
Your computer system is not qualified for the promotion. To receive the Key Code for a Game, you must purchase an Eligible System during the Campaign Period (begins February 15, 2016 and ends on December 31, 2016). Eligible Systems consists of a computer system manufactured and branded by one of the Participating OEM Vendors and System Builders (listed on Terms & Conditions) and containing one or more of the Eligible AMD Products (listed Terms & Conditions).

I guess, that there was some hype on web (saw that msg in a lot of different communitys) and they get a LOT of mails from people, that are not part of this "event".
At the beginnig most places didn't mention that you have to own a OEM-Build PC bought in feb 2016... And most people didn't read the terms of service too.
I mean... you can try it but don't act like "what the hell! they don't gave me a free game, they should burn in hell" if you don't get a free game...

I got an answer from support today.
Just a list to go over again what was already in the first place in the pdf lol.
I think my next cpu and gpu will not be made by AMD.

Got an email as well saying that I was not eligible since I don't have a complete amd system just an FX8320. What self respecting gamer buys a ready made system these days?

Keep in mind that there are some people that still manage to get their Keys even if they haven't been eligible , so even If you purchased your eligible hardware before campaign still give it a go it might work out . :)
