Help with operation wildfire . CSGO

I am new to csgo and this is my first operation. I got a bit confused as to how it works, and also i want to know if the operation wildfire pass is worth it? (its a lot of money to me since im from India)

If anyone could make these clear to me id be indebted.

EDIT:One last noobish question if you bear with me.
Does one benefit from operation drops only from competitive? Or casual can reward players with op drops too?

I got a field-tested p250 crimson kimono as my first drop... not great but I already made my money back by selling the pass in the marketplace... so anything after is a bonus

I do have the pass, I bought more ingame and sold them on the marketplace for a tiny profit per pass but I did eventually get back what I spent on it.

Put the Shader effect (or something along those lines) to medium and disable multicore rendering. I had the same problem and this solved it for me.

If u r an AMD user, lower graphs to low and remove AA. Worked for me. Hopefully they will fix this soon, miss them gud graphs :(

If you buy the pass right now you get 1 guaranteed drop of the new case which goes around 2-3 euro right now.... so that's half of the pass money back already ! The drops are all pure luck , but you get drops from different collections than the ones you get without owning the pass... also you'd have missions and A NEW COIN SO COOL.

I have a question from ppl who have operation wildfire access pass :

I've heard its item drops values are higher than normal maps. Is it worth to buy an access pass or not?

Opened 2 boxes and just received 2 gun worth 0.12$ :|

I don't want to risk again!

Well, eventually you could get a M4A1-S Knight or a Dragon Lore, since these are from collections that can drop. Chances are extremely low of course. You can end up with 5 cent drops as well, but overall, yeah, probably a bit more valueable skins included.

40 cents and I don't know how long it took. It's random, man. So don't buy the pass just for the drops, you won't get your money back this way. Valve is an illegal casino that will drain your pockets if you go in thinking you could make any profit.

overall are drops between 0,2 and 0,3, but always is better to buy the operation at the start so you can recover most of the money of the operation with the cases

Well, in my opinion: It's too late.
You are fine when you buy it within the first (few) weeks. So did I.
The wildfire cases are worth a lot on the first days and I made ~4$ back with the cases alone.
I'd see the drops as an extra, chances are high you won't get anything valuable at all.
And rule number 1... don't open cases :P

I learned my lesson.

Well, i don't blame myself for opening first case :P

When i saw the gun price, my reaction was : WHAT ! Gaben are you kidding me?!

But i couldn't resist and opened another one! and another cheap gun!. I don't want to share my reaction for second one! :P JK

You can open cases on CSGO big though i get pretty lucky at that site. But mostly i but them off the market ot kinguin
