No one can answer your question. Its entirely dependent on how many people are entered and there is no way to tell. Its not based on how many points you have. As long as you have a point you'd be entered for for the 3 games. At the very least when blue wins (they will) you'll get 2 summer cards.

If you look at the points now, blue has something like 600,000 points. Undoubtedly there are probably a lot of people that contributed 10 if not 20000 points alone today, but lets say 5 people did that (20K points each) and the rest of the people only put in 1-10, thats still A LOT of people. Looking at my friends on the blue team, one has contributed 210 points, the next highest is 21 lol and thats out of about 40 people. More have no points than those that do.

At the very least if you enter you'll get two Summer Cards for being on the winning team and contributing, so if you're close to a cheap badge, do it, you'll get something back for those 2 summer cards + one of them could even be a foil.

Considering that pink got over 1m points yesterday, let's consider that blue will reach the same 1 million today and, pessimistically that the score will all come from different people contributing 1 point. That means that 1 million people are elligible for the raffle.

That makes your chances 30/1,000,000, which is 0,00003 or 0,003% chance to win the raffle in a pessimistic scenario. If we are optimistic and consider instead of 1m, only 100,000 contributed to the team, that would increase your chance 10x, or 0,03% chance, which is still too low...

Now, if it's worth spending around $1 to make it, it's up to you. It's like lottery, really. Remember that when you craft a non summer sale badge, you get a summer card, and when your team wins, you get 2 summer cards, so you can make some of your money spent back, if not all of it.
