you can't create giveaways for games with historical price lower than 1$ (these rules also apply for bundled games)
Which means that GAs for bundled games in $1 tier 1 are not allowed either, right?

We'd like to recruit new members (which is you :)) for our special GA group Mintgiveaways. Our group may seem crowded but many of our members can't enter SG (damn casuals!) and they stick with us for game and bundle announcements ^^
