Are you being serious? If yes, just so you know, these incidents you are talking about were people using hard drugs and going mad, not zombies.

That's what you get for using drugs. Getting your mind fucked up and going crazy. That's how most drugs work.
But it's not contagious, so there's no real threat.

A zombie apocalypse is not feasible in the scale like video games or movies. I'll go ahead and be open minded that some kind of virus is capable of making people go mad like bathsalts, suddenly crave meat, and for some reason are coordinated and do not eat anyone that is also a zombie (what is there to fear if zombies are killing each other?).

If, somehow, a virus was unleashed, it would be controlled rather quickly, By rather quickly, I mean at the worst the government would panic and pretty much slaughter anyone within a contaminated zone, or the zombies would be executed by the national guard and, if for some reason needed, the army. (I apologize to non Americans about being specific with National Guard).

So, no. It is highly unlikely it becomes a problem, but it is close to impossible it becomes an apocalypse on top of it. All plagues can be controlled. Maybe not easily, but if it got desperate, something like napalm would be involved to exterminate the plagues.
