For the giveaways, I need to translate this sentence into Russian.

After making some giveaways, I noticed that a disproportionate number of my winners live in Russia. While I am learning Russian, I am at beginner's level.

I would like to translate this for the benefit of the Russophones: "Nota Bene: If you activate this Steam key 24 hours after receiving it, the winner will be added to the sender's whitelist."

I translated this literally so in russian it sounds strange. I can change it a little bit so it'll look better.
"Внимание: если вы активируете Steam ключ в течение 24 часов после его получения, я добавлю вас в белый список"

Whitelist is kinda international word i think you don't even need to translate it so the whole phrase will be like. Если вы активируете ключ в течение 24 часов после окончания раздачи, то попадете в мой вайтлист.
