As most people, I'll rather take Altair over Ezio.
The way I played Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Sam would be on this list too.
Also, maybe even add snipers from Ghost Warrior or Sniper Elite series.

Well, Ezio is a joke. Just cause he's the most likable character in the entire series it doesn't mean he's the best assassin. Both Connor Kenway(even though I hate him as a character cause he's so damn bland) and Altair Ibn-Lahad are tons better than him. You should have went with Connor. though, cause he's the one with the superior gear and all the native-American nature know-how.

Doesn't matter, though, cause the fight is between Agent 47 and Corvo Attano. While it's true that 47 was genetically bread to be the perfect assassin, Corvo can teleport right behind people's backs, make dead bodies disappear, see through walls, posses animals and attack people with magical swarms of rats. So I vote for Corvo, just because he has the best skills for stealth and covering his tracks, because in my opinion, that's what an assassin should be all about. Killing is easy, anyone can do it, but simply killing people does not make one an assassin, just a professional murderer...

how about Daud? its the "real" assassin from Dishonored... (i love stealth games that allows me play without killing anyone, so for me Corvo is not an assassin :p)

47 is the best Assasin. I like when the mission is doing disguise as waiter at mafia restaurant. Put poison, and leave without anyone notice :D
And now this new Agent 47 movie is ruin it. 47 isn't a "Chuck Norris" kind of character :(
