Rest look ok-ish, but not something I would have bought myself.
Not bad games, but if it is worth $12 is very much personal opinion. Some people dont even know what games they want, so they will always be unhappy!

Now this bundle I can get behind. I already own Spelunky and A Fistful of Gun, but they're both solid games, and I can always trade them away. Everything else is stuff I've been interested in and that I'm likely to play. Definitely the best Monthly so far!
And really, if their new way of doing this Bundle type is immediately revealing the top game of the next month and letting you access that by paying early, that's a good way of doing it. You can back out if that game doesn't appeal to you, or you can stick around. It's probably better than hinting at all the games, that way you won't expect something that doesn't end up being there. But you still have a bit of a surprise for the other games.

Don't be a jerk. I meant that you can, for example, still unsubscribe from the February bundle if Alien: Isolation isn't your kind of jam. You obviously can't back out of the January bundle anymore, though I've heard of people getting refunds if they hadn't activated any games.

If you subscribe for February, you get the first game and therefore its considered as a deal done. Again, all according to their FAQ so if they they are nice enough to refund you if you didn't activate the game that's something else.
From what you wrote I assumed you meant a new subscriber since older subscribes have a certain time period before they are billed for the new monthly and hence can't access said game.

People, my people! Alien Isolation is a NEW subscriber bonus for February ONLY. Folks don't seem to understand how subscription models work. They are designed to bring in new subscribers, but they don't give a damn about existing subscribers. It works the same way in all industries. The whole purpose is to rope people in and hope they will be lazy and stay subscribed. If they unsubscribe, then the tactic is to try and bring in more NEW people. They don't care about your loyalty. That's not how this works.

No its not, existing subscribers will also get alien isolation, I don't know where you get those ideas. If you want to pay early to get early access you have to unsubscribe first though.
