I got multiple Jesters, most likely because some "special people/one of my fans" thought i would have a bad mood because of it.
Only thing that i done were to not show the awards anymore in the profile and being happy about the free points :-DDDDD

I understood the feature now. Please stop (and thank you :)). At least I got a Jester now. This seems to be a very important and mandatory award. Glad someone solved that problem for me.

My confusion was with the profile getting an award while I only knew of reviews etc being able to get rewards. Might be obvious to most people, but I simply wasn't aware of it.
Some of the nice folks here answered my question by giving my profile more awards. Not exactly the way I expected my question to be answered, but an answer nonetheless.
I still don't know where the original award came from though. You are correct in that one.

I have not opened my Steam in a day or two and just noticed I got a Profile Award (?). I got a few awards before for some of my weird reviews, but they never showed up prominently on my profile page. I (yes, begin the third sentence in a row with an 'I', very good form 🙄) checked all my reviews and none of them have received this specific award.
So, can you actually give awards to profiles? Is this what happened? I thought you could only get awards for reviews, guides etc. and Jester awards for rage-baiting/glazing comments on the forums of course. From a quick Google search I noticed you can't find out who gave the award.
I'm thankful for the nice gesture of course, but would just like to know why. I haven't done anything extraordinary and my profile certainly isn't anything special either.
