[Error] Not available

Hi, I recently won a giveaway but this error : http://imgur.com/BmIQVkA occurs while activating . I never had this type of error so no idea. Any help would be appreciated

What game is it ? Can you find it when you search Steam Store or could there be a special version (like those Low Violence versions Germany often gets) for your country ?

Its Bionic Commando: Rearmed . Yes I can find it at my store page . I think its region locked ;_; hard luck for me!

Happaned to me before in one of those Capcom bundle game... those has tons of regionlocks causing such problems. I talked to the GA creator and he managed to get a version that works for me. It had to be a ROW version, iirc.

Yea, I believe mine is region locked too . Should I ask GA creator to give me ROW version?

Was the GA regionlocked? If it's not, then it is the GA's responsibility to get you a ROW version. Either he or she gets it for you, or you mark it as "Not Received" after a week.
