I mean, come on...

Is not like i don't have enough patience, but i already have 2 support tickets on which i didn't get any answer. One has 5 days, and the second one over 2 weeks ?!

Is this for real ? o.O

They are reduced in number at this time, but still active. Be patient.

If it is important, bump the older of the two topics, so it goes back to the top of the list.

Seems to take a long time doesn't it. Would not want to put up multiple tickets to get answers really. Been waiting for a week, glad to know I wasn't the only one waiting for a response though. Best of luck in getting help ASAP to you.

I think the thing is that they have a few mods and 1 or 2 admins, so if there's a ticket that needs to be handled by an admin it hits a pretty large backlog. If it's just a question, it gets an answer at somewhat decent speed.

i suppose the support guys do this in their free time, so eiter:

-be patient

-pay them

-do not create unneccessary tickets (there is a faq - actually reading it would propably avoid some tickets)
