I know if I win a giveaway and I trade away or gift the game i won I get banned from steamgifts, but is the ban temporary or permament?

because there are games id have more fun playing then stuff i win here, so i could trade for them. and i have friends who dont have 50$ in their account so they cant join Sgifts so i would like to gift them different games i win.

On Playblink your only allowed to trade/gift away games that you already own, so playblink doesnt really help.
