if i get a 5$ or 10$ wallet code from Singapore from a friend will it work in tunisia ???

I doubt wallet codes are region locked or something, but I might be wrong.

Well I bought a wallet code in Ireland, activated it in France, it worked. But it might be different for countries outside Europe.

Tunisia steam store uses USD. So if the Singapore Wallet code is in USD, it will be fine.

Currency should adjust to the currency of your acount (I heard anyway, never tried it myself).
