according to steam store page "Help" has cards but on SCE there are non

None in the market either, and I can't see the badge for it.
Is it maybe one of those games restricted by the new carding policy?

They might be waiting Valve's approval for the cards, badges, emoticons, and backgrounds. I've seen a few games where this same thing happened and it was because they had submitted all the artwork but Valve was still reviewing it (I guess they won't let you publish inappropriate content without reviewing it first).

Every single one of these turned out to be a duplicate key for me. Beware. (Not as in a key for a game I already own. I mean the key was already used.)
(Followup: Support mailed back a few hours later with a new set o' keys that worked fine, so all's well that ends well aside from a minor inconvenience.)
