It turns out it's really hard to get non-Asian food when you are in China. I actually got really tired of Chinese food at the end of the two weeks.

No. 1 and 4 I'd really enjoy eating.
But I like my fish looking a bit more dead and missing it's head, so no no. 3 for me.
And let's not even mention no. 2, regardless of the worms I wouldn't eat it since I don't eat clams and such anyway.
