I want to purchase the Gods and kings DLC for Civilization and found it pretty cheap on this site.
But before I order I want to know if there are any problems with this site. ¨
If you know if the site is legit or if there are any problems with it, or if it is just fine please let me know in the comments.

Never trust unofficial reseller.
9$ is way too high price, game costs 2.5$ on Russian Steam during sales
This DLC is exploited, you can get it cheap on Steamtrades.com...

Or if you don't want to use SteamTrades, then here you can get tradeable for less than 9$ - people are exchanging it for TF2 keys, each key costs around 1.35$, but I'm sure some of traders would accept PayPal too):

Russian games are cheaper because they only support one language (Russian)
Normally it costs 30$

Don't tell such things if you are unsure. Most games (95%+) don't have any region locks or limited languages. Same with Gods and Kings, it's international version (I know because I checked).
