Let's hope this overzealous developers can ban you before actually buying their crap game, so they can spare you the trouble of dealing with them in the first place.

GUYS. It's just an API. No need to panic. Developers were able to ban whoever they wanted before (because it's their game, lol) but using their own code. Valve just made it "easier" by handling it by themselves.

And "Developers must be approved to use this system, and Valve reserves the right to revoke access to the system if the developer abuses it."
