My guess is that it's a WW-redeemable key for purchases outside LATAM / RU/CIS / SEA, but I would suggest waiting for someone to post the sub id or at least the gift link notification so we can see what exactly it is.
Edit: EU sub confirmed to be https://steamdb.info/sub/1013486/ which means that US also gets the same sub (redeemable worldwide).

Yeah, i just bought it myself. I thought it was a good deal for these higher quality indie action rpg games. Humble has been doing too many mediocre indie, cozy and boardgames type of bundles or repeats like WB and Lego stuff, so they were easy skips. Humble needs to go back to hard hitting action, shooting, rpg games like this bundle. The Prestige bundle on Fanatical was way overpriced and the games did not look that good either.

That is where I am at too. I want Achilles, and Enotria and S&S seem interesting. GF wants Asterigos (I have it), and then the other three either GA or my brother who is a Souls-like addict (if he doesnt buy the bundle himself)

Although I'm not going to buy it as I only wanted Asterigos and maybe Enotria. The price and games seems mostly alright, especially for those who like this kind of games. Certainly a bettter put bundle than the Choice this month.
I would consider it if the tier 3 was a bit cheaper.

Surprisingly, i buy more bundles from Fanatical these days. Humble weekly bundles are mostly mediocre casual games or mostly repeats of games that i already own. Whoever is curating these Humble bundles lately is doing a terrible job.

This is a good bundle for me, personally. Tiers 1 and 3 I mostly don't own.
I have played Asterigos. It was a pretty good Soulsborne title for sure. I enjoyed it.
