Only one unowned game in the list and it's restricted anyway. No point.

Qubika was a mildly decent Lights Out clone though, could be worth buying for that if there's anyone out there that doesn't already own 90% of this bundle.

Recently implemented Steam restrictions on new games.

Basically, restricted games do not count +1 to your profile games count, the number of achievements are limited and they do not count toward your profile achievement count, and trading cards do not drop. The trading card restriction has been around for a while, the +1 and achievement restrictions are new. The restriction lasts until the game reaches the point of legitimacy (the rules of which are unknown).

Many of these games also seem to be missing from the API (similar to banned games) so sites like Steamgifts and sgtools don't detect them as owned.

Aye, I thought the same initially. But then I wrongly assumed that Kinaman vs Gray Elephant was the missing game, which is not restricted. That was what confused me.
I checked the games again and it turns out the only restricted one is Circle UP, so that's probably what Sellyme was referring to.Either way, thank you for the explanation!

Circle Up is also being given away for free by the thousands at the soviet giveaways site, so it'll be worthless for CV here once it gets added to the list.
