Hmmm..neither of those should be an issue for me. I'm totally OCD about that. Maybe I just need to re-sync Steamtools. I'll let you know if it still doesn't work.

Well, I know what's wrong...support was very helpful here. Check this out:

There is currently an issue with sgtools detecting ownership of any game marked with "Steam is learning about this game" listed on the right hand side of the store page, amongst the features list.

You recently won both Machine With A Big Gun ✔ and The Shadow Hell ✔ which are both marked with that. There may even be others. Until sgtools resolves this issue, it may show up as non-activations on your account.

So, looks like I can't do any SGTools stuff until either these games clear Steam's approval or SGTools makes an update. Bummer for me, but not the end of the world.
