I don't remember the process to send a gift to a winner.
But I don't see why the two of them would be "confused" by Steam unless the custom profile ID "max_thrust" was at one time used by one and then the other? Because the similarity of the profile names should be irrelevant--Steam doesn't care about profile names as they are positively dynamic.
Is it possible for it to be a guy with more than one account who managed to transfer his win somehow?

and if i click now on the winners steam profile from the SG profile the one who added me is appearing
what is wrong here?

the "old" winner is not accepting my friend request on steam
the n"ew" winner is not answering my messages in steamchat
now i deleted the old one and are going to wait until the new one is answering
after that i am going to send it by mail
