Your custom rule will allow people to pass if they fulfill either of these:
trade_ban == false and level > 2.55 and real_sent_region_restricted / real_sent_cv <= 0.25real_sent_region_restricted / real_sent_cv > 0.25 and real_sent_region_free * 1.06 > real_won_region_free
Basically, the level requirement and the trade ban rule are not effective in the second line. Not quite sure if this is intended or accidental, but I'll leave this here just in case.

Did you mean that the trade ban part DONT count for all after the OR ?

The Rule means "either less than 25% of your CV is from region-restricted, or if you are over 25%, then you can only have won 6% more region free games (in value) than you sent" and should close out the people that give only region locked stuff.
The Trade ban rule should work for both (or did i need to put that rule behind the or too ?)

Ps.: The level 2.55 rule is a mistake. Worked too much around and overseen to cut of that part from the used rule. I will change it by the next bunch of games or when i need more entries by one of the GA's :D

Yes, that's what I meant. AND binds stronger than OR (like multiplication is done before addition). So for your rule to work, just add a pair of parentheses:
trade_ban == false and level > 2.55 and (real_sent_region_restricted / real_sent_cv <= 0.25 or real_sent_region_restricted / real_sent_cv > 0.25 and real_sent_region_free * 1.06 > real_won_region_free)

Last time i had big problems with the parentheses. Always a "error at position ...." came up when i used them.

18 new GA's. This time only for 1 day the Main Games and 2 Days the DLC's
When people outside of my WL and the groups want the chance to win any of this DLC's then write it in the comment and when i have enough response i will set, a second copy, of the wanted DLC's on but then at invite only.
