Against the rules?

This guy is asking people who enter his giveaway to go to his blog and click an ad. He's breaking the TOS of Google Adsense but is he breaking SteamGift rules too?

The SG rules demands that an user needs to ask the support staff for permission to self-advertise, even if it's optional.

FAQ says nothing about links in general, it only mentions that referals are forbidden.

Here is what you should do:

1) Ditch the link.
2) Use the "Report Giveaway" button on the giveaway page if you're in doubt.
3) Let Support deal with it.

Two wrongs... If you want to be helpful, you can do so without giving support extra paperwork. Like suspending 2 people when they only needed to handle 1. You're basically negating your attempt to help.
