Question about creatin a give away

You can use e-mail.
The keys are not allowed to be region-restricted and should activate on Steam.

Keys are allowed, as long as they are not region locked.

You can give either a Steam key or inventory item.

However, I suggest you give the key in chat so you can confirm they received it. Just send them an email letting them know to accept your Steam friend request, go in chat and give it there. No waiting weeks for them to confirm the win if they 'forget'.

Email is just fine, that's how I've gotten all but two or three of the games I've won, and it's how I've given all the games I've given.

How can i know if they are region locked
