Someone stole a key and left these misterious clocks. [Ended]

Someone has stolen a key for Wave of darkness from the level 2+ and in place of the key I have found these clocks, they are fine but I love that key, it is an awesome key and deseves a good home. If anyone can help me find it will be rewarded.
There is also a clock with a count down, this is weird, hope someone find a solution.

There's 1 day and a half left so here is a Hint to help solve the puzzle.

Hint 1: Short clock hands are more significant (have more weight) than long hands. Order matters.
Hint 2: 12 numbers, two clock hands.
Hint 3: Notation.
Final Hint:The 5 letter GA code starts with 2.

Solution down here:

The clocks represent a number in base12 (12 symbols instead of 10) so we have to translate those numbers into base10,
Pick the number pointed by the short hand times 12 and add up the number pointed by the long hand, that's a base10 number that represents an ascii character, use an ascii table to obtain the character. put the 5 characters together and write them at the end of a steamgifts giveaway url https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/xxxxx/ and that's it.-

Note that with the clock representation we cant represent the 0 so can't use values lower than 12 but this do not affect the puzzle
