Hello everyone, I am just wondering a quick question about the rules.

So here I am running 3 steam accounts that I use somewhat often, am I allowed to use all three on steam gifts? Or do I have to use the main one I started with.

Please note, I only want to use my alt accounts for posting. Possibly even switch to doing my giveaways off the other one. However I will not enter any giveaways using these alternate accounts.

Probably best to stick to 1, If you don't plan to use them to enter giveaways what is the point anyway? just register whichever one you plan to use for giveaways and leave the rest :P

There's a limit to the number of giveaways one account can create at a time. Obviously if he use 3 accounts, then the limit will be multiplied by 3.

Yes but thats a small problem, It doesn't provide any difference if you don't plan on putting out a group of giveaways at the same time

"We require all registered users to have at least $100.00 worth of games associated with their Steam account. This is to prevent users from creating multiple Steam accounts for use on this site, which might result in cheating. This value is automatically generated when you register, using the game list from your Steam profile."

One account. With multiple accounts, you risk a permanent ban on all your accounts including your main.

Well, since the site states that you must have 100 worth on each account, i dont know if thats an issue, if all of those accounts are yours, if you are sitting, then yeah, there will be an issue.

And if you are not sitting, but still have 3 accounts.... WTF? im pretty sure that there is a way to merge the accounts.

No, it's not allowed. Any user found controlling more than one account on SteamGifts will have all associated accounts permanently suspended.

However, if you want to permanently switch accounts, contact support. We can suspend one, and then let you create another with the knowledge that this is the plan.

Creating another to get around a ban though, that's not okay.

Choose one and stay with it. Someone once messed up with his accounts and posted from 2 different and he got permaban.

What is the point of multiple accounts?

I have one to keep tf2 items on but I would NEVER use it to enter SG giveaways. How underhanded would that be?

Why don't you keep them on your main account? Not judging. Just curious.

Do you know how many items are in TF2, traders of all things use multiple inventories to keep stock/spare items in other places. Backpacks only go up to I think about 2000, but when you're making business in TF2 trading you run out of space a lot faster than you'd think. Also that 2000 slots are only if you spend money to get extra space.

Mostly for items that go away if you open tf2. Old crates and such.

I have a second account, used for bundle games with card drops and for my family to use on their own PC.

Your family gets to use the xxx-rated account? Hmm...

Nice to farm stuff during steam sale events at the very least (as it's over lvl5^^)

People can not impress with number of games today. Today they show their status by the number of accounts.
