I never settle for anything less than GOTY. Just think of all that DLC.

As I understand DLCs are mostly skins and challenge missions. I must say I enjoyed the campaign but never really felt the need for DLCs, even though I usually go for full package.

Buy both!

I have the base game. It is always sad too see the GOTY with all DLC cost less then adding the DLC. lol Oh well...should have learned. Wait; never give the company money earlier than GOTY. For they punish you, the early suporter.

GOTY all the way. It's one of the best games in the last decade. Skins are good, if your a fan. Most of DLCs are for the battle mode stuff, which is actually pretty fun. Though even without the battle mode DLC, there is TONs of content for Battle mode, that will take you next to forever to complete anyway.
The Story DLC, Harley Quinn's Revenge is good. People trash it, because its not very long. I enjoyed it very much though. A good few hours of content.

Final Verdict: I think its worth it, but I'm a comic fan and love batman. If your not in to any of that, then you probably won't want the GOTY version
