Can not create a Giveaway help please

hi I just singed up and would like to giveaway a game

DeathSpank, DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue, and On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One Humble Bundle pack but I do not see it on the list so I selected "DeathSpank" and in description I added that its the Humble Bundle pack. Is there a waiting period till you are allowed to create a giveaway?
