Have to love the friendly nature of the users of SteamGifts. Giving up your time to help others must be so rewarding :P

Sounds as though they haven't redeemed it yet.
My suggestion would be to cancel the gift and add them as a friend on Steam. That way you can make sure they receive it.

Click "send gift", then Steam should give you the option of returning it to your account.

So I created a giveaway and sent it to the winner. The winner marked it as received. I go to look at their inventory/games list, I don't see it there. Normally, I'd think that they went and traded it to someone else; except... the thing that made me go look is that it's still in MY inventory. Did they maybe accidentally decline the new game from the email and that's why I still have it? Should I just try sending it again?
