Hi,
I have a question - can I give away a region locked (for Poland only) steam key?

  1. As a general rule - No.
  2. If you want,you can create a (group-restricted/private) giveaway for a group of polish members,and write in the description that only polish people should enter - but,if someone who is not polish enters your giveaway and wins,you will still need to buy a no-lock version and gift it for him,or you will lose %received on your profile.
