MKXL PC is live, KP2 cheaper if bought through "bundle"

If you have KP1, buying though bundle will give you KP2 with -59% instead of -50%.

Also, completing the bundle is not only cheaper, it includes Goro as well.

Goro is included free with every MKXL pack or version, so that's not special to the bundle option.
