I'd say it is.
I'm guessing the Rockstar Pass is for all the DLC, which only adds to the MP. Many people disliked the MP, but I enjoyed it. Max Payne 3 is a great game.

I don't really care about the multiplayer too much, but maybe I'll suck it up and just get the Rockstar Pass while it's on sale. The MP won't be around forever and I wouldn't mind at least having the opportunity to get the DLC achievements.

That and Max Payne 3 is an awesome game.

Season pass is only for multiplayer which is ruined by cheaters. Just buy the vanilla game.

Multiplayer never worked for me. So I just gonna recommend to get only the base game.
