Fallout 3 Crash/Freeze fix?

Hello everyone!
I got myself a copy of Fallout 3 GOTY but well after the intro the game crashes and freezes. I tried dirffrent fixes I found on the internet but non will work.

Iguess there is some file maybe missing in my .NET?

I would be superglad for help! :)

Thanks alot! This really worked! Before I was trying this fix but I changed the file in /steamapps and not in /mygames... Thanks alot! :)
