I win a Serious Sam bfe giveaway, but i have a problem

I win 3 day ago S.S BFE, But if im reedem the game link received on email:

Unknown key!

usually the game link is https://www.humblebundle.com/gift?key=xxxxx1111 but this is so https://www.humblebundle.com/?key=xxxx11111111 . Any ideas? I think gave me the link where there are all the keys, not the url of the specific game

EDIT: I contact the creator, but no reply I add it on steam if you accept me, Otherwise it give him negative feedback
