humble bundle 2k gift

hello, i have bought the humble bundle.
i clicked "redeem to steam" for all games.

now i see that i have got 1 game already.
can i giveaway this game or is it linked to my steam account?
i am new to this

You can still give it away, just not as a gift link. You'd have to give the winner the actual steam key.

and insert the key there?

Yes, exactly. You just have to remember to 'send key' after giveaway ends.
