Encore sales now live but I can't add wallet or even purchase directly from my credit card or paypal

Steam says I need to reauthorize my paypal before purchase, then purchase error. Tried to input my credit card information but still resulted in an error.

Any suggestions on how I can solve my problem?

Get a friend to buy them and pay them back or create an alt and buy them as gifts to your main.

Contact support for a long term fix, but do the above so you don't miss the sale.

...or just give it an hour and try again :)
