I tried what you are saying yesterday. I have opened http://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Collection_Page#tab=Afterbirth_Complete_Collection_Grid
and http://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Collection_Page#tab=Rebirth_Complete_Collection_Grid
and try to find crosses.
But neither Growth Hormones nor The Pact didn't was the right answer :\

I did exactly that, have no idea what I'm suppose to answer still. I was thinking a category they are both related too, but that doesn't work. By the way, great puzzle, especially that fourth one.
