So apparently this is locked to the region it's bought in http://store.steampowered.com/sub/29177/
So I'm making a US specific invite only giveaway since we don't have a region to select here because we almost always have ROW keys.
Find me in the Steamgifts group chat on Steam and send me a private message or comment in the topic and I'll find you and give you a link to the giveaway if you live in the US and would like a chance at the first Dead Island GOTY and Riptide.
