Civ V and Oblivion GoTYs didn't include all DLCs. Oblivion was missing the smaller ones (had Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles - the 2 big ones). Civ V missed BNW, G&K and some civilization packs.

Did the GOTY version of Borderlands 1 have any GOTY exclusive DLCs that can't be bought separately?
If it did, I probably won't be getting this since it would likely be the same with Borderlands 2.

It's all there I believe. According to the Steam Store page, BL 1 GoTY includes all 4 DLCs.
I bought the GoTY in the last winter sale and if I go to the properties - DLC tab in my Steam Library, it lists all the DLC as owned and for some reason has a 'Duke Nukem Forever First Access Code' listed as well, whatever the hell that maybe!

Hmm. $10 is slightly less than 7.5€ (which is what the summer sale price is going to be). I'll have to think about it, considering that I could barely run Borderlands 1 in very low res with low detail (at the same time, Mass Effect 3 ran perfectly in 1680x1050 with AA).

I bought it from amazon, and activation worked fine in Portugal (yeah, it's in Europe)
Be aware, the season pass does not contain all DLC's, only has the extra campaigns, and the level cap upgrade, things like skins, and psycho character, are not included.

As the title. Site is for Mac version but thanks to Steam / Steamworks / Steamplay, you can buy and activate the Mac version on PC and get the PC version.
