Amazon Borderlands Bundle HERE gives everything title mentions!

As the title. Site is for Mac version but thanks to Steam / Steamworks / Steamplay, you can buy and activate the Mac version on PC and get the PC version.

Just a quick tip, sign up for shift inside game, use codes from HERE and don't spend the golden keys at low level. I got a total of 37 golden keys, and I'm just going to use them near the end of the game. If you decide to spend them sooner.. well, it's your loss :)

Or have unlimited with cheat engine, not recommended. I broke the game by it. :(
