Thanks. I can confirm it is all PAL regions (I got it in NZ), and have posted on a GameFAQs board asking US gamers to check.

Edit - No go on US. $6 for them.

I've gotten more free games on my PAL account, and just watch how many US gamers ***** about the UK PSN+ offers. :P

Works fine from China, and likely any other country. You already commented earlier on "making a PAL account" which is exactly what anyone in the world can do at that link.

Well, I suppose if people don't have an account, it might work, but if they have an account made that isn't UK, then not much point. I was linked a page by Nerka for another European country, and that didn't work here.

Supposedly you can download it on ps3, leave it as installer and then transfer to vita, don't have vita so cannot say if it will work.

Vita can't receive installers. Only pre-installed Vita apps or downloaded programs. Yeah it's a shame, because it says that playable on PS1 and PSP too.
