Looks more like an update to Steam Community and Steam as a platform so far. It's not trying to compete with Twitch, but rather the other game distribution platforms

Wait Im testing it.
. You can add a media player and the other member can ask you to watch your broadcast. But I just tested it and my gf doesnt see my broadcast. But then again she couldnt see my broadcast even when i was playing a game. Maybe you need a good up speed and maybe a better pc to make it work properly.
