i've never noticed a specific time... except that its usually sometime in USA from 9am -5pm PST

Maybe I should get around to trying to level up sometime. I’m level 8, but that’s still only half the ARP I need for the GA, haha.
I only visit the site rarely, so I’m not even sure how I’m 8. Always forget about it completely until these posts remind me.

Is there anyone with a level 10+ who can see if there are any keys left? I know its weird, but as long as it doesn't show them as all gone I'm still holding on hope :D for me it just says this:
