Es gibt immernoch spiele die nicht einmal quadcore föllig benutzen können, so ich an deiner stelle würde mehr in ein gutes GPU investieren. Und der grafikmotor ist auf dem Dunia 2 (engine von Far Cry 2) basiert, also glaub nicht das es ein sehr viel kräftigeres PC benötigt.

I'm sure they won't be that high, two reasons:
-consoles
-crytek has nothing to do with it, even Far Cry 2 wasn't as demanding as predecessor, hell, even Crysis 2 wasn't that demanding...

It coming on consoles. This gen consoles. So in worst case scenario, you will get console graphics, without AAs and DX11 features etc (unless your PC is total crap).

You can start worrying about specs when nextGen will come out - because of x360/PS3 I had to buy new PC - not sure how much $/euro I spend, but with today exchange rate I spend around $600, and it still is enough to play games with proper graphics (not ultra, but medium at least).
