I got a friend who acted like an asshole and got suspended,any chance of getting unban?

No. The mods have stated several times not to contact them off the site if you have a problem.

when you log into steamgifts, the only thing you can do is click on support if your banned or suspended....

a suspension is not a ban, he will be able to log in after a few days again and hopefully learned something from it.

cg stated a while ago that a "suspension" may be anything ranging from an X-amount of days to a permanent suspension.

Quoting him:

"Users are no longer banned, only suspended with the new system. However, keep in mind suspensions can be anywhere from one day to life." -cg (link)

I doubt they perma banned him. It's probably only a suspension. Tell that asshole friend of yours to fix his attitute and just wait for the suspension to lift, he will be able to log in SG again.

What exactly did he do? You say he "acted like an asshole" which sounds like he was just a jerk, but I'm starting to think that you mean he did asshole things, like exploiting the system in some way. If we knew what he did, we'd be able to give a better guess as to how long he'll be banned.
