The games you have given away are all from Indie Bundles, and therefore abide by Steamgifts Bundle rules, where contributor value is limited, as a percentage of non-bundle giveaways. Until you giveaway something not featured in an Indie Bundle, you will only have $30 CV.

If you give games that cost you more then $1-$5 then you will get more CV.

Games marked with an asterisk (*) give only conditional value after $30. The condition being that their value is capped to 20% of non-asterisk value.

You gave away games marked as bundle. You probably got them that way too, so you can only get max 30 CV from bundle games :p
